Delivery Times: 1-10 days. Seller takes no responsibility for damage during transit, care will be taken to wrap & protect item for transit. • The Seller is not responsible for delays in the post.

Items are sent 1 - 3 business days once funds have been received.
Tracking details are forwarded via email/text message as soon as the package is shipped.
Payments
Payment is made at the time of purchase. Items will be posted once payment has been received.
Returns Policy
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return you can contact me at kerrie@corkandcottoncreations.com.au
If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, I do not accept change of mind as a reason for a return.
All return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item has a major fault.
Refund and Exchange Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days. If a refund is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact me immediately if your item is defective or you receive the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and endeavour to make it right.
