Delivery Times: Default shipping is standard parcel with tracking (unless arranged otherwise)
- Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
- All care is taken when packaging and we will not take responsibility for any damage to items while in transit.
- Tracking (of selected) details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
I want you to be happy with your purchase but we will only accept returns on faulty goods. No returns for change of mind. Proof of purchase and photo of faulty item is required.
If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
