Standard shipping is the default shipping unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase. Standard and express shipping have tracking numbers which will be sent via email when your order has been sent.
If unfortunately your item is faulty I will refund your money once you have returned the item. The item must be returned within 2 weeks and you are required to pay the postage for the returned item. Please contact me so I can work it out for you.
