Shipping Information
We use Australia Post to send all our domestic parcels
Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $10 Australia Wide on Regular Tracked Shipping
Express Shipping: $17.95 Australia Wide Tracked Shipping
Please ensure all items are in your cart before checking out! If multiple orders are placed at different times, please note that we do not combine orders or shipping rates. Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be changed.
If multiple/separate orders are placed at different times, the Standard Flat Rate shipping fee of $10 will apply to each individual order.
We do not offer Refunds, exchanges or replacements on any purchase due to change of mind, placing an incorrect order, lost or stolen packages/parcels or on any sale items. Please double check your cart and make sure your shipping address is correct before making payment at the checkout! Once payment is received, your order will be posted within 1-3 business days. We aim to dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible but please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
Please check your AusPost app or enter your Tracking Number into the AusPost website, to stay updated on your parcel/s shipping status.
How long does it take to get my parcel?
Shipping/Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and time of year.
Depending on where you live, expected delivery times can fall anywhere in between 3-14 business days after leaving our premises, especially during the busy times of the year. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delivery times and are unable to speed this process up as it is in the hands of Australia Post.
After your order has been passed onto Australia Post, we do not have control of the package in Transit. This applies to all expected delivery times, lost items and damaged parcels.
A tracking Number is provided to you. Should your item be lost in transit, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number to follow up on your parcels shipping whereabouts & shipping status.
Calm & Cozy does not offer exchanges or refunds on products. Every order is very carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event your parcel/product arrives damaged, please visit our Refund/Replacement Policy page for further information and follow the steps outlined.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not refund, exchange or except returns unless it is due to our error.
We take a great deal of pride and care when packing your order. All items are in perfect condition when they leave our premises. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Calm & Cozy has no control over your packaged item, its handling or delivery times once it is in the possession of Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number in the event of a missing/lost/damaged package.
We are confident you will love your luxurious products but in the rare event your item does arrive damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at hello@calmcozy.com.au with your order number, time stamped photos of the product and a short description of the problem and we will look into it straight away.
Upon review, we may offer you a replacement of the same product to the same value. Calm & Cozy reserves the right to refuse a replacement at their discretion.
