My name is Val and I am the maker of Handcrafted Happy or Sad Dolls. I live in South Arm Tasmania on the Derwent River. A seaside town south of Hobart a place where many Hobartians like to holiday.

Shipping Policy.

• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days (or as arranged). Made to order or custom orders are unable to be cancelled once payment is made.
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking.
• Items are carefully and securely packaged.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping.  This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensures it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

• I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right please contact me first within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping.  Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
