My name is Robyn and I live on a farm in the beautiful Hunter Valley of NSW, Australia. I am proud to be the fifth generation living and caring for this beautiful property, which has been in the family since 1863.
Yes, we do have the sweetest little blue wrens in our garden, which is where my business name orginated. These little wrens are joined by magpies, kookaburras, wattle birds, babblers, galahs, corellas, rosellas and little honeyeaters, to name just a few...
Blue Wren Cottage Crafts is my small handmade business, operating out of my home studio for nearly 20 years. My gorgeous handmade items are of very high quality, are unique, and a joy to make, all made with love and care. I make sure that every piece is sent out in perfect condition, packaged beautifully.
Every sale is exciting, and it's wonderful to know that my pieces are being enjoyed by others. I am proud to have a growing business, and hope to keep creating, and designing for many years to come.

If you need the item delivered quickly, pleasechoose express Post at the checkout.
All shipping is via Australia Post, Regular Post with tracking, and sent with a priority sticker.
Larger items will be sent parcel post, which has tracking.
You will receive an email when your package is on the way.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES..........
I do not consider a parcel is lost until 30 days from the date of shipping has passed, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.
I would like you to be happy with your purchase, so if there are any problems please let me know at once, so I can work with you for a resolution, however I will not refund due to a change of mind.
I will not be responsible for items broken or soiled after delivery.
A refund can be arranged, only after the item is returned to me in it's unused, original condition, within 14 days, return postage is at the buyers expense.
