Delivery Times: Standard shipping: 3-6 business days; Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Colours may slightly differ from picture on the screen due to screen resolutions. If you need clarification on the colour please send us a message.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns for Earrings, face masks and personal use items (e.g. face scrubbies) for hygiene purposes.
Custom orders are not refundable unless if we have made a mistake on the custom item name or message (see Custom Orders policy). In the event of a mistake made by us, please email us and we will arrange a refund or replacement upon the return of the incorrect item.
Made to order items cannot be returned unless faulty (see Made to Order policy)
Returns of all other products are only accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation (from tracking information); please email us to organise the return. Return postage will be at buyer's cost; refund will be issued once the returned item has been received.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders require full payment upon ordering before design/making will begin.
Custom orders where names or messages are included on the item, a PDF proof of the product will be sent to buyer for approve prior to making the item. Once the proof has been approved by the buyer and the product is made and mistakes that were not picked up by the buyer in the PDF proof will not be eligible for a return or refund.
