Located in beautiful Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula, Birdrock Ceramics is a small batch studio that focuses on functional handmade pieces. These pieces are lovingly crafted on the pottery wheel and to be enjoyed as part of everyday life. Inspiration is drawn from coastal living, travel and experiences and have fused together to be expressed in the design, colour and texture of the pieces.

Delivery Times: Standard shipping time is 2-6 business days.
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from time of payment. Items are packaged using compostable and/or recyclable materials.
Domestic orders between $0.00-$58.00 will be delivered via Australia Post and are charged at the flat rate of $15.00. Free Standard Postage is offered for orders $59.00 and over.
Australia Post is actively working to reduce its carbon footprint, instead of purchasing carbon credits. This is through increasing the electric vehicle delivery fleet, generating their own solar electricity and creating dual use packaging. I hope that you reuse the packaging I have chosen, or choose to recycle. The bubble wrap and packaging peanuts used are both biodegradable.
It is my intention that you love the items you purchase. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each piece will have its own uniqueness and special qualities. This is what makes handmade items so beautiful and a treasure to own.
On the occasion that you would like to return an item, please contact me directly within 48-hours of delivery and I will assess for a possible solution. In the instance the item is returned, the item must be in original condition and unused. The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
On the unfortunate occasion your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48hrs of delivery. Please provide photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. A refund or replacement (if available) will be provided.
