Named for the feisty little Australian bird, Billie Wagtail Pottery is dedicated to the art of hand-built and hand-painted pottery. Inspired by the natural beauty of the world around me, I create unique, functional works that blend craftsmanship with creativity.

Every item is meticulously crafted with love, from the initial shaping to the final brushstroke. My pieces range from rustic dinnerware to garden decor, all reflecting my commitment to quality and individuality. Shipping Policy

Ready to ship in 3 days (business days)

Ships out using: Australia Post

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Delivery Times: 10-14 days


POSTAGE FEES: I offer free shipping on my pottery items (to Australian addresses) via Australia Post.

LOCAL PICK UP: If you are local to the 4807 or 4806 postcode areas and would like to pick up your items, you can contact me directly with your order and pay upon pick up. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING: For the present, Madeit only allows Australian buyers to purchase through their website. If you are outside of Australia and would like to purchase something from my store, please email me directly on billiewagtailpottery@gmail.com. I'm more than happy to sell and ship internationally; however we will need to estimate international shipping prior to purchasing. PACKAGING AND BREAKAGES: I use eco-friendly and compostable packaging. I will do my absolute best to ensure that your purchases are packaged well, to ensure that your pottery piece arrives in one piece. However, if your piece arrives broken, please contact me with photos of the item and the packaging as soon as possible so that I can arrange a replacement or refund. CUSTOM ORDERS: Love something you've seen on my socials but I don't have it in store at the moment? No problem! Please feel free to contact me via the Ask a Question form on Madeit or via email (billiewagtailpottery@gmail.com) and I'll see what I can do for you! Time to complete a custom order will depend on a few factors such as my current workload and clay availability but don't let that scare you off - I love custom work, it's my favourite!

REFUND & RETURNS
If you are unhappy with an item when it arrives, please contact me as soon as possible
(within 30 days, billiewagtailpottery@gmail.com) to discuss a resolution (refund/return of item).
If it is over 30days since the item arrived at the specified address, the customer will be
responsible for return shipping.

Items that arrive broken will be replaced with a similar item or refunded in full
(customer's choice).
