POSTAGE FEES: I offer free shipping on my pottery items (to Australian addresses) via Australia Post.

LOCAL PICK UP: If you are local to the 4807 or 4806 postcode areas and would like to pick up your items, you can contact me directly with your order and pay upon pick up. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING: For the present, Madeit only allows Australian buyers to purchase through their website. If you are outside of Australia and would like to purchase something from my store, please email me directly on billiewagtailpottery@gmail.com. I'm more than happy to sell and ship internationally; however we will need to estimate international shipping prior to purchasing. PACKAGING AND BREAKAGES: I use eco-friendly and compostable packaging. I will do my absolute best to ensure that your purchases are packaged well, to ensure that your pottery piece arrives in one piece. However, if your piece arrives broken, please contact me with photos of the item and the packaging as soon as possible so that I can arrange a replacement or refund. CUSTOM ORDERS: Love something you've seen on my socials but I don't have it in store at the moment? No problem!
