Refund and Return Policy

Please choose carefully when placing an order. BEAUTY-full Art Canberra does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a 'change of mind' on orders*.

*In any instance where BEAUTY-full Art Canberra, at my sole and absolute discretion, chooses to offer a return, exchange or refund on a 'change of mind' order, the Customer will be responsible for posting the order back at their own expense and in the condition in which it was purchased.

Refunds will not be processed until the item has been received and inspected by the Seller.

Consumer Guarantees BEAUTY-full Art Canberra will comply with all consumer guarantees required under Australian law, but is not responsible if:

• You got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like it or decided you did not have a use for it.
• You misused the product.
• You knew or were made aware of the limitations of the product before purchase.
• You asked for a product to be supplied in a certain way against my advice.

Returns/Refunds

Refund and exchanges are subject to the following criteria:

• All goods returned must be in new, unused condition.
• Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for postage costs associated with returning products for refund or exchange (supplier error excluded).
• Products are to be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Please contact me prior to returning any item.

• You can always return items if they are defective. If you believe your product is defective, I will require written details of the perceived defect as well as relevant photo evidence prior to accepting a return.
• It's important to remember that these are hand-made products, and as such they may feature minor imperfections which are not defects, just a feature of the hand-made process. They make your piece even more unique! This information is also clearly communicated in all product listings.
• Once I have considered whether your product is either defective or just features a minor imperfection as stated in the original listing, I will notify you of my assessment and findings and endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Damaged Products

• If you don't receive your order within the estimated delivery time provided, you need to contact the relevant postal company/courier in the first instance to launch an investigation. BEAUTY-full Art Canberra cannot guarantee any date for delivery after an order is placed.
• If the results of an investigation deem your parcel has been lost, I will organise to re-make and re-send your product and lodge an insurance claim on the original order.
• If you receive your order and notice any damage to products purchased, please contact me immediately with photo evidence of the damaged product.
• Please do not dispose of the damaged product as you may be required to return it for repair or replacement.

Delivery Policy

• BEAUTY-full Art Canberra reserves to choose the postal service or courier best suited to delivering your order. This is usually Australia Post or Sendle.
• Ready-made products are generally shipped within 1-3 working days. If your order is custom made or made to order, you will be informed of the approximate timeframe for completion.
• Once shipped, you will be provided with tracking details for your order. Once your parcel has been posted BEAUTY-full Art Canberra cannot guarantee a date for delivery.
• Unless you request otherwise, BEAUTY-full Art Canberra will assume 'Authority to Leave' (your parcel without requiring a signature) has been granted.
• Most postal services and couriers deliver between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. It is your responsibility to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery to ensure products are in an undamaged condition.
• Should a parcel be returned to me and require re-delivery or re-direction, additional postage charges will apply. Once a charge for re-delivery is made to me, this cost will be passed on to you.
