Payments Accepted:  Major Credit Cards accepted through Stripe. Payments in Foreign Currencies will be automatically exchanged at Stripe's daily currency exchange rate. Full payment must be received by me upon purchase of the item.  All fees, taxes & import duties etc. are the responsibility of the buyer so please check with your Customs department before you buy.

Parcels are Shipped by Australia Post Domestic and International Services. Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of payment clearing. Jewellery will be giftwrapped and sent in a small package, with tracking. A guide to delivery times - Within Australia (Ordinary Mail) - 2 to 5 working days. International (Air Mail) - 5 to 10 working days. These times are approximate and can vary according to holidays, mail system delays, customs and destination country.   All orders are sent with tracking included. 

I will ensure that items leave my hands in perfect condition, however I cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in the postal system. Should you feel that the goods you have purchased have been misrepresented, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange possible return of item(s) for exchange. All approved returns will be at buyer's postage cost. Any refunds approved will be by exchange only. Exchange items will not be identical, but will be to the same value as that of the item purchased and will be of similar design and material.
