I hand make my stools and use fabric that I have individually painted to upholster the stools. I actually take a plain piece of fabric and use high quality fabric paints to paint an individual design on the fabric. Once a customer orders a stool, I make the woodwork and paint or varnish it in the colour of the customers choice. The fabric that I painted is then used to upholster the top of the stool. So each one is an original. I hope you like what I make.

Shipping & packaging policy

·       All items are manufactured individually after being purchased. The manufacturing time after an item is purchased is up to 28 days. The item will then be shipped to the customer.

·       Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)

·       Items are carefully & securely packaged, and we use recycled packaging wherever possible. 

·       Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. 

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
