Our eye pillows are super handy and can be used for a range of different reasons. You can use them at room temperature and allow the weight of the wheat to help with relaxation and sore eyes. You can also put them in the freezer so you’re ready with some cooling relief when the next head ache or migraine strikes.
They can also be used at room temperature during yoga and meditation and heated for 20 seconds in microwave at bed time to assist in restful sleep .
The prints on each handmade wheat bag will vary as they are all hand cut and stitched individually.

Made from 100% cotton, Australian wheat and Lavender.
Lavender is very calming and good for de-stressing overstimulated nervous systems. Can also aid with sleep.
