Laura and Nicholas have been created using a beautiful shaggy look upholstery grade fabric in a cream colour and are one of a kind bears. They have a hand embroidered nose and mouth. Laura wears a tailored dress and a pintucked pinafore in cotton floral fabric and wears toddlers shoes and socks. She is able to stand alone on a flat surface.
Everyone of their seams has been sewn by hand, not machine, and take over 4 days to create. Their eyes are made from glass. Both Laura and Nicholas are five way jointed and have been made using wooden discs and self lock nuts and bolts.
Their faces have been created by hours of hand sculpting so they not look like another bear.
They are filled with ecofill fiberfill and polypropylene pellets which allows Laura to sit without falling over. Nicholas will balance in her protective arm.
My teddy bears are one of a kind art pieces and as they have glass eyes and small components they are therefore not intended for very small children. My teddies cannot be machine washed.
Your unique bear will arrive in a cotton drawstring bag to keep him clean and safe.
