I painted this beautiful purple blue abstract artwork using alcohol inks on yupo paper. Yupo paper has a silky surface, and by using an airbrush and a hairdryer, I blew the inks across the surface of the paper. This creates the ripple effects and the layers in the colours as they dried. I have added touches of gold ink, which pops against the purple tones.
The frame is 27.8cm by 35.4cm and has a stand so the frame is displayed vertically, plus hooks on the back to hang either horizontally or vertically.
The painting is on A4 sized paper, however a small part of it is covered by the white border inside the frame. The clear part of the frame is glass.
Three colours of frame are available, black, white and wood.
