Something different than the peaceful ocean hat that I used to create. This hat has created tension which represents the rough sea.

Glow in the dark : I have applied couple of layers of glow in the dark paint . The glow in the dark paint is designed to emit light after exposure to light sources. Once charged, it emits a soft, ethereal glow. I found that artifical UV light works well.
