Jam-packed with organic linseed and your choice of Lavender or Chamomile flowers, these eye pillows are perfect for relaxation, meditation or soothing away your cares at the end of a busy day.
- measuring approximately 20cm x 10cm

- weight of the pillow reduces rapid eye movements, slowing down an overactive mind,
moving you into a deeper meditation or sleep
- squish it a little to release the essence from the flowers
- the linseeds give the pillow a lovely weight and also move the dried botanicals around so they don’t clump together
- the linseeds weigh less than rice and will not give you a food odour
- you may also place the eye pillow in a ziplock bag in the freezer for 20-25 minutes before use
