PRODUCT INFORMATION
- 100% cotton yarn
- Galvanized wire to keep the shape, will bend if voluntarily try to bend.
- All ends are nicely sewn and glued together
- Total length will depend on the number of letters required
- Height of tallest letter is approx 12cm
- Due to the nature of this item being handmade the sizing and shapes may slightly vary.

HOW TO ORDER
- Select your colour from the drop down menu
- Select how many letters the name/word will be from the drop down menu
- Type in Name/Word in personalisation box. Making sure you provide capital and lowercase letters where necessary. Please check spelling is correct.
- Orders that are not placed correctly will be contacted via message service to cover the cost. (eg. selecting not the correct number of letters)


PRODUCT CARE
- Use a duster to remove dust
- These items are very delicate and must be handled with care.

HOW TO DISPLAY
- Hang – we recommend 3M hooks or nails
- DO NOT USE Blu-Tak, Velcro, tape or anything sticky as it may damage your item
- Shelf- some shapes can be placed on a shelf


IMPORTANT
- Please ensure that spelling is correct before checking out- all custom names/words will be made according to how it is spelt in box (including capital and lowercase letters)
- Please keep in mind colours may differ slightly due to lighting at time of photo shoot, computer monitor display or dye lot, please get in touch if you need different photos through message.
