I have created the perfect sized macchiato or long black coffee cup! Well for me! And maybe for you too!
SET OF TWO CUPS
I have created this ceramic cup using a handbuilding technique from a warm coloured, stoneware clay. this has then been glazed with a soft blue grey with iron flecked colour.
A beautiful buttery soft glaze has made this unique, hand built coffee or tea cup a pleasure to hold.
I make all of my ceramics as small batches with each item being unique.
Stoneware clay - fired to stoneware temperature
Food safe glaze and clay
8.7cm x 8cm dia rim
Approx. 3.5 x 3.25" diameter rim
Holds approx. 200 ml
Handwashing is preferred
I have reheated coffee in these cups using the microwave and it works beautifully. Heating the contents, but not the cup! Perfect!
