Each item is handmade in our Melbourne workshop. The timber board is finished with a generous application of Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil, which is a wonderful food safe treatment that will start your board off on the right path for a long life, while emphasising the beautiful grain. The slate is finished with an application of our food safe board balm, giving it a sleek appearance. 

BONUS! All timber serving boards benefit from regular re-application of a wood preserving balm, to combat moisture and help ensure the timber remains food safe. For a limited time, we are including a small tub of our house made board balm with every purchase - made with all natural beeswax and food safe mineral oil, this easy to apply balm will help you care for your board. For cleaning we recommend wiping with a damp, non-abrasive cloth only - the timber board should not be submerged in water. Care suggestions will be included with your item.
