Many hours and a lot of love has gone into creating these beautiful hand dyed baby wraps. Dyeing fabric with botanical dyes is not an exact science and no two colour pots or patterns will be the same, there are no chemical additives or fixers used in this dyeing process.
You are purchasing a product with a personality of its own, there could be variations in the colour or irregularities in the weave of the fabric and the water that they are washed in could either lighten or darken the shade of the dye, this all adds to the character of this product.
They have been made with the safety of your little one in mind and we hope that you will love your purchase but fully understand if the 'unpredictability' of this product is not for you!!

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
- hand washing is recommended however a cold/warm machine wash on gentle/delicate setting may be used (also consider using a wash bag)
- always use phosphate free detergents
- do not use bleach or add fabric softener
- always line dry out of the sun, gently pull into shape
- warm/hot iron

The following items are made using a beautiful organic hemp fabric, hand spun, hand loomed and then hand dyed by workers from a province of India. As such there could be imperfections, discolouration and possible fading of areas of the fabric. Dyeing fabric with botanical dyes is not an exact science and no two colour vats are the same, there are also no chemical additives or fixers used in the process. It is then hand made to order for you by 'green & grae'.

All fabric has been pre-washed and pre-shrunk before cutting, there may still be some shrinkage however this should be minimal. Labels and fabrics will soften with use and washing. There will be some colour fading with use and time.
